Spring Time

The revised Design Guidelines are posted in the governing documents section. This information will assist you in planning your project to be within the guidelines. Please turn in a modification form to PML prior to start of any exterior changes for pre-approval. Many of your neighbors have already received approval and projects are under way.

Spring is here early this year and it is so nice to be outside. Pre-emergent should be applied before the end of April to prevent so many weeds during the summer. The ground is very dry, so moisture will be needed before you are able to aerate your lawn. Remember in Colorado do not plant flowers before Mothers day unless you want to plant them twice. It is a great time to enjoy the good weather while you clean up the yard and clear out the garage.

Volunteers are needed for the committee working on planning a social event this summer. The event is in early stages of planning and a few hours of help can make all the difference. Please join us in the fun!

Boulder Valley Humane Society

Boulder Valley Humane Society is a great source of information for pet owners struggling with animal behavior issues. Check out the classes and advise on line. http://www.boulderhumane.org/

Community Involvement

Homeowners interested in becoming involved in the association are welcome to join a committee or become a volunteer for special project or social event.
